A Word From The Assistant R.O.
Thanks for your non opposition to me taking up the position of Assistant RO. All those that want to be Assistant RO take one step forward.
I would like to say a few words on plans for the future.
First of all it will be business as usual with I hope Johns on going involvement with the region be it in a slightly different capacity.
We have no plans to move the venue as the Sunday/winter, evening/summer at the Shovels seems to be working.
We will try not to let the organisation of the BNG/Back home event result in us neglecting the normal club business.
Gail. Please keep doing the raffles for us as your brilliant at it.
The region will have a Bank account soon, the statement of which will be circulated amongst the members at regular intervals.
Thanks Russ for doing the web site.
If anyone isn't happy with the way things are being run in the future than please bring it to our attention. We can only act on things we know about.
If anyone wants to organise an event, a meal out, bowling, a run out, attendance at a show we haven't been to before or anything else then please shout up and have a go.

Isle of Man trip - Now fully subscribed
A trip to the new lakeland motor museum after its May opening
A return to the Kirklands Airfield for a blast down the runway
Some go karting
Some Bowling
BNG/Back home
The regulars such as Tatton and Oulton.
Some more joint stuff with Lancashire and Cheshire regions.
More places to go and eat cake and Ice cream.
