Myerscough College Open Day and Country Fair 6th June by Penny
Rain didn’t stop play for 3 enthusiastic Blackpool Region TVR club members and although we were outnumbered by MGB’s, Morgan’s and a few 3 legged (?) DFK’s we looked pretty darn good!

This was a great event and the day passed very quickly with so much to do and so far to walk! There was something for everyone, Gardens, Plant sale, Motorsports (including a Land Rover attempting to balance on a see saw frame), Bee keeping (Vicky, Bobs wife was ‘queen Bee’ in attendance), Blacksmithing. Welding, Equine events and dogs galore!
Lot’s to eat and drink and the ‘Hog roast’ sold out by 12.30!
Lots of people to talk to and a few surprise visitors admiring our cars including someone photographed below in Bob’s Tuscan.................

This turned out to be Lisa and daughter who used to be the official guide showing people round the TVR works for 6 years! It was great to meet someone with firsthand knowledge and we hope she’ll come to some of our regional meetings in the future as she’d like to meet up with some familiar faces.
Dave, Anne and family came along later and we caught up on events and gossip – all in all a fab day.
