Run Out 2 - Wallings Ice Cream Parlour at Cockerham
This run takes us across the River Wyre and close to Martin Lilly's house. We cross the fast low lying marsh roads to Cockerham and our stop at Wallings Ice Cream Parlour. From there we travel down the A6 and cross back over the River Wyre at the picturesque villages of St. Michaels with its 12th Century church. A few miles further and we travel along "Singleton Straight" another stretch of road used by Peter Wheeler to test his cars.
The drive time for this run is approximately 1hr and the mileage is 35miles. How long we chat, drink coffee and eat Ice Cream is up to you!
