Run Out 1 - Trough of Bowland
This run through the Trough Of Bowland is an 83 mile drive through some of the nicest scenery in the North of England. The Trough of Bowland was used in many of the early TVR publicity photographs.
We shall pass close to the village where Peter Wheeler lived and travel on many of the roads used by Peter on his way to and from the factory. We will also pass by the old Catholic college called Stoney Hurst which is where Cromwell camped before the battle of Preston in 1648.
The driving time for this run is approximately 2:15hrs
